Liability statement

 

While Sew Peaceful makes every effort to ensure that the studio and it's environs are safe and comfortable.

 

PLEASE NOTE that there is one step inside the studio, between the sewing area and the washroom / sink area.  Sew Peaceful has made every effort to make this potential trip hazard apparent to users of the studio.  

Your participation and attendance to any Sew Peaceful workshop or event is conditioned upon your agreement to hereby indemnify Sew Peaceful and it's employees, volunteers from any claim for injury, loss, or damage.

Your online acceptance or signed class registration form is a binding agreement.  Sew Peaceful bears the right to cancel any workshop due to inadequate workshop enrollment, failure of teacher availability, or other circumstances beyond the control of Sew Peaceful.  In the event of loss of less than 25% of total class time due to power outage or force majeure, no refunds will be given.  If the loss of time exceeds 25% of the total class time, Sew Peaceful will reschedule the workshop at no extra cost to participants.
