Welcome to the South Thompson Inn & Conference Centre, near Kamloops. Located on riverfront, the Inn is nestled on 55 scenic acres in the Thompson Valley. Our quilting room is spectacular, with windows on 3 sides that overlook the Thompson river.
You have two options. One price is residential, with the price based on sharing a room with two queen sized beds (single supplement payable). The other price option is non-residential, although ALL meals are still included (and cannot be separated out of the price).
BOTH OPTIONS include cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner and mid morning / afternoon snacks, and tea / coffee.
Each individually decorated room has two top of the line queen sized beds for a peaceful night sleep. A large TV is in your room, with complimentary wifi, and a coffee maker. You can ask for a fridge and microwave in your room (*extra cost). There is a wonderful hot tub available with views of the river.
You have options!
Mystery Project - Great for beginners and above, as all your prep is done! You will do a 68" mystery quilt. It will be a Quiltworx mixer pattern. You will get a choice of 3 fabric colour ways, and you can choose to expand this to a Queen size using the same coordinating fabrics. There will be an extra cost for your pattern / fabrics.
For experienced quilters Anne will teach the brand new Carnival Flower from Quiltworx (pictured left). If you would like a kit, you can have it designed in custom colours just for you! Please note, there is a LOT of pre-class prep, and so this is only suitable for people who are already comfortable with Quiltworx patterns.
UFO projects - bring any UFO to work on! It doesn't have to be paper piecing - it can be whatever you like!
CDN $1,375 + GST, Residential. Includes 5 cooked breakfast, lunch and dinners, plus coffee / tea / snacks, teaching fees. (Based on sharing a two bed Queen room)

Sew Peaceful recognizes that Covid-19 is, unfortunately, with us for good. Unfortunately, no refund will be available, and it is your choice as to whether you arrange your own health travel insurance to cover any expenses that you may occur from contracting Covid.
Sew Peaceful Retreat Cancellation Policy
Before booking with Sew Peaceful Quilting, please read the cancellation policy carefully!
All deposits are due when invoiced after registration, and are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, to cover administrative costs.
For instalment payments, if your full payment is not received within 4 weeks of the due date (see your individual retreat information for this date), or we have not been contacted by you to arrange payment, you will forfeit your deposit and your spot in the retreat will be opened to the public. (This will only happen after repeated efforts have been made to contact you for payment, by email first and then finally by phone). All payments up to this date are also non-refundable.
Any cancellations by you will forfeit all of the paid fees to date, unless other arrangements are personally made with Sew Peaceful Quilting. However, we understand that sometimes illness and tragedy occur, which may make it impossible for you to attend the retreat. We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control, but it also leaves us with a spot that we are unable to fill. Under these circumstances and at the sole discretion of Sew Peaceful Quilting, you may receive a full or partial credit against a future retreat or workshop (NOT valid for fabric or patterns) organized specifically by Sew Peaceful Quilting, but you will forfeit your original deposit amount. Our ability to transfer you will be subject to availability and we will only transfer your retreat sign up once.
For cancellations within 8 weeks of the workshop, no refunds are available unless you are able to find a replacement, but you will forfeit your original deposit to cover administrative costs.
For US Customers: please note that all transactions will take place in Canadian dollars. Currency exchange rates may change in the event that you cancel, and these are NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF Sew Peaceful Quilting.
Thank you for your understanding.
