This retreat will be a fast sell-out!  Honeymoon Bay is transformed at Christmas into a truly magical haven.  Complete with Christmas dinner, Secret Santa and maybe a couple of extras, you will surely enjoy this wonderful start to the festive season.  Experienced CI Anne Hall will be teaching a small but popular Christmas project, the Qiltworx Poinsettia, suitable for beginners upwards.  This is a great skill builder.  You can even have the kit designed in your choice of colours.  Or, you may bring an existing paper piecing project for help (if you need it),  Alternatively, bring whatever you like to work on, and come for the beautiful food and peaceful ambience at Honeymoon Bay.

Experienced CI Anne Hall will be offering a retreat where the choice is very much yours.  You may bring an existing paper piecing project for help (if you need it), or for beginners, Anne will work with you to suggest a suitable beginners project from a choice of different designers.  She can provide just the pattern, or a fully labelled kit from her collection of beautiful batiks.  You will get help every step of the way!  Alternatively, bring whatever you like to work on, and come for the beautiful food and peaceful ambience at Honeymoon Bay.

This is a small class for six beginners to Quiltworx foundation paper piecing.  This two day class with include:  pattern, kit for ONE 30" x 30" table topper, and your two day class.  

Introducing a talented new Canadian designer, Cristina de Miranda from Ships and Violins.  Anne Hall will be teaching Cristina's designs during this retreat, offering a choice from five different blocks from Cristina's "Constellations" series.  The projects are versatile.  You can make a combination of blocks, a single block, or multiples of the same block to make it whatever size you like.  Anne will be offering kits and patterns, and will be able to colour them in your choice of colours.  Alternatively, you may bring UFO projects to work on.  Or a combination of both!

The next Sew Peaceful mystery quilt retreat is open for registration!  And, we have a full first day, as you will be able to arrive from 9.30am.  We will aim to start the mystery as soon as everyone has settled in.  This always books up FAST!  You will get a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of colour ways in advance, but you won't know which one you actually get.  It will be a foundation paper pieced project from Quiltworx, build of elements from existing quilts and put together in a unique way.  You may choose to expand it to a queen.  To see previous projects, click on the button below.
